PhysioXtra Marion’s gym facilities house the latest state of the art equipment including leg press, cable machines, treadmill and squat rack. In combination with these we have free weights, steps, fitness balls & more, to ensure we can target all aspects of your needs.
Resistance training is proven to improve & maintain:

- Decrease risk of injury.
It also helps to prevent osteoporosis and frailty by stimulating the growth of muscle and bone.
Gym sessions are completed with one of our experienced physiotherapists in either a one on one setting or a small clinical group exercise class depending on individual suitability. There are no age or ability limitations to participate in gym sessions as all exercises can be progressed or regressed to be tailored to all individuals.
The sessions will incorporate strength, motor control, flexibility, balance, muscular endurance, core and postural control to enable improvements in all areas of life.
With a firm focus on technique and hands on corrections, you can feel confident that you are in safe hands and getting the most out of your workout.
Our physiotherapist-led sessions in a safe, private & inclusive environment enables all clients to feel comfortable and supported when attending our sessions.
